I'm going to give my honest review. We come about 2-3 times every week. The service is either going to be hit or miss. We only have two waiters who we really like and who are very attentive and polite (one female and one male) I can't remember their names but I will ask when we go back to properly give them credit. They always bring us everything we need when our meal arrives. We never have to ask for anything throughout our stay. They shake up my margarita and pour it in for me, they give us the appropriate straws, they give us a generous amount of napkins and they're always so polite and fun to talk to. This Saturday though, was a different story and I did not enjoy it at all. I'll avoid coming here during the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday) we came Saturday night and it wasn't as crowded as we originally thought it would be. The only servers we like do not work on the weekend so we got stuck with crappy service from someone else. I get it, you don't want to work night shift on the weekend but at least pretend like you you care so you can get a decent tip. Our drinks arrived and she didn't even care to shake up my margarita. She forgot to bring us straws for our drinks. I had to ask for straws when she finally came back, only for her to come and toss them on our table while she passed by. We didn't receive any napkins, when I asked again she only brought us 3. It was just horrible. The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is for those two waiters and the manager Chris who hooked it up by giving us one of the avión shaker cups.

Realy Good wings bring back but they have complete horrible service. The first problem was a extremely undercooked burger, which they claimed to give us a credit on our account phone number but never received any on the future orders. They consistently forget the ranch or vegetables even though we pay for them And today, I’m still sitting inside BWW 40 min after placing my order. The lady at the front (name tags started with a V) was either obviously new or a complete airhead, kept getting upset at the computer, and couldn’t replace the receipt paper to give me a receipt. She also said “it’ll take 30 min, oh I mean uh 15 minuets. I still have not received my food yet

Went there with the in laws and the music was so loud that we couldn't even talk to each other. In addition, the waitress couldn't hear us either so some of our order was wrong. We were there on a Sunday evening, not a sports night, a Friday night or Saturday night and it wasn't late either.
