My husband and I went for dinner, the usually delicious fish and chips was way below quality. We asked the manager about it stating that the quality was below what we normally have. He said they no longer bread and fry fresh fish as they always have in the past, and now it comes frozen and pre-breaded in a box. When you go to a seafood restaurant you expect to get good quality fresh fish. We can get frozen fish at the grocery store for less money than what R.L. charges. It appears they're falling in sales and cutting corners to save money. They still have some good food, but we won't be going as often. The manager also said most of their shellfish comes from Mexico, South America and Asia! Only the Maine Lobster comes from the U.S.and the cod, haddock and snow crab. We're pretty disappointed, we always loved going there but now it's not what it used to be.

So called just to ask if they are taking reservations, mind you it's valentines day, I know it's going to be busy, so it doesn't hurt to ask. Well whoever picked up was extremely rude. I asked if they were taking reservations, she said no and just hung up. Well then, so I called back to ask if they were taking walk ins, and again they just said no and hung up. Nothing else . I know they're just busy, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude.

I loved the food!! The coconut shrimp was amazing!! The biscuits were delicious. Service was great! The bathrooms and dining area were clean and comfortable. The bartender even took her time to explain the menu to me! I never had a cup empty, and I feel I was taken care of.

Not the Red Lobster I remember, dry over cooked food. The food was surprisingly fresh, moist and cooked to perfection. The restaurant had recently been moved to a new location. This newly designed eatery is warm and friendly, clean, upscale with a very helpful wait staff. Nothing like the last time I went to a Red Lobster 6 or 7 years ago. I thought I'd give red Lobster one last try. Glad I gambledand and tried red lobster again. I'd go back to have the cookie a la mode with hot fudge alone

I took my granddaughter out to dinner tonight and I'm happy with the visit. I had my granddaughter order King Crab legs because she had never ate before and I had fish and chips. I feel I did not my moneys worth. First it took a very long time to get our food. The king crab legs was brought out in two small portions several minutes apart and both were mostly the claws. There was not any of the merus section. I think it was served in two separate portions was because we would not be very pleased with the amount are parts that was served and hoping we would not notice what a small portion that was served. I will not visit this Red Lobster again or maybe any other Red Lobsters again.
