Food is just like all pandas. Service is fast which is great. Food is always available which is not normal for all pandas.

Terrible service tonight. I stopped by to redeem my T-Mo Tuesday free bowl. The cashier and the server are inconsistent on when I should tap on the T-Mo Tue app to run my redeem timer. I asked two servers which items are included in the "free" bowl and I was told that any of the items are. When I got to the cashier she charged me extra. I told her the servers told me any items are included in the "free" bowl. The cashier just kept asking me for the amount I need to pay, sounding like a broken record. I realized there must be a language barrier. I had to go home, but I called on the phone for the manager and addressed the issue. Hopefully, the crew members tonight get trained to serve right.

If you want to feel under valued and like a waste of space please come here to the Panda Express at Bonita Mall. Not only will the server not make eye contact with you, she will expect you to give your order to her as she’s banging bowls around. If you don’t speak loud enough she will give you the most annoyed and unpleasant look. As you move on to the register not only will the cashier not greet you with a smile or any sense of professionalism, she too will not make eye contact with you and make you feel like you’re a total and complete waste of her time. Visiting from Arizona and really upset that I did. What’s happening to San Diego, CA?

I asked the lady serving is I could have the “bigger plate” and she says “of course”, so I select 1 side dish and 3 entrees as It said on the menu thinking it was gonna be $9.40 like it said. I also add on 1 chicken egg roll making the total to be approximately $11. First of all, the cashier charged me $7.50 which is the price of a “plate”, not the “bigger plate”, then the two entrees in the plate were $1.25 each and the one they put into a box $1.50. So I guess what they really mean by a $7.50 plate is just 1 side. Also they ended up give me a vegetable spring roll rather than an egg roll. My total ended up being around $16. I don’t care much for the total but it really pissed me off that they were doing everything wrong because they were rushing. I’d rather them take longer and get my order right that vice versa.
