This place was good enough. Everything tasted good and place was clean and well kept. Waitress was fair, she was efficient and fast but not very friendly or outgoing. It’s a little overpriced for what it is, I mean, 12.99 for a salad?!? With a couple of green and some chicken on top!?. We were also charged .50 cents extra for choosing a wing dressing. Fair place all around.

Just stood at the podium 10 minutes waiting for someone to seat us or at least acknowledge us. Legs sore as hell (after some shopping) standing there watching waitresses walk back and forth without even a glance in our direction or a simple, "someone will be right with you. " Deplorable "service". Acknowledge people/ potential customers. It's not hard!

Service has been steadily going down hill over the past year. High turnover in management. I'm a restaurant manager myself so I always notice who the managers are and it's a different face every week. I used to go in 2-3 times a week after work, now it's like once a month and I might be done for good. They were charging a $10 at 5pm for the UFC fight tonight when there was no one in the restaurant. I really just wanted to go in for 30min maybe an hour tops and get a quick bite and few beers after a long days work. I really don't understand the decision to charge a cover when there's no one in there in the first place and seats go empty in there every night. It's like they are trying to keep people away. If that is the goal then they are doing a great job!

After being seated took 10 min to get a drink and 20 min to get an order. Just ordered 10 wings.... been waiting for 30 min after my order. So I've been sitting here for an hour so far and food still isn't here. Place isn't even full. Maybe only halfway filled so it isn't a surplus of customers. Kind of ridiculous.... last time ever coming here. Previous encounter I sat at the bar, waited 20 min just to order a beer and it took 10 min for me to get it. Bar wasn't even full. Don't waste your time here. Your better off going to the Hooters near the 8. Wrote this while review and still waiting for the food. Ill update when I get my food.... haha nevermind I just left money on the table for the sodas and left. Going to reeeed robbin. YUUMMMM

It sucks to have to leave a 1 star for something but I gots to. I guess it's my fault because we didn't read the reviews before coming here but the 1st time we went, it was nice and dandy. First time we went here was during a football game on a Sunday and obviously it was busy. Today, it was a Thursday and the only exciting thing going on was an NFL draft so, not too busy. We got seated right away so it was great. The hostess did give us our drinks as our waitress was busy at that time which is okay. BF gets water, I ordered iced tea. BF gets his water, and I get iced tea with no ice, so I'm guessing more like room temperature tea. Our waitress comes and greets us after about 15 minutes and takes our order. No smiles, no "welcome to Hooters" type vibe. Gets our order and we WAITED.. AND WAITED... AND WAITED. After what felt like about half an hour, waitress comes over and says, "I'm going to check on your order." PERFECT :) Comes back with my order and half of his. Then had to wait a bit for his wings to come out. While waiting, we snacked on the stale, re-fried curly fries with our dinky sized bleu cheese. The food was okay but I had to ask for a refill for my room temperatured tea which this time around, she came back with ICE! Never once did our waitress check if we were doing okay, if the food was good.. I did see her go back and forth for GAWD knows what. According to the BF we were there for about an hour and a half all together. Good thing I wasnt HANGRY. I don't like to complain about food because let's get real, things MAY happen behind the scene. I guess like I said, I should've read before we went. PS. Please be prepared to shell out 50cents if you want extra dipping sauce. K, thanks bye.
