I went last night while they were very busy. I am a patient person and very understanding but after a long day of work, I finally got seated and was excited to order. My waiter brought out dirty glasses of water, was very dismissive and rude, and when I asked him a question he angrily flipped through my menu while it was in front of me, told me to check this section and walked off.
At which point I stood up, told their host I wanted a manager, and complained. I have to give her props though, she diffused the situation fast, seated me in a new section, and profusely apologized for the issue.
Our new server was very great (her name was Toni), very helpful and very cheery and bubbly. They turned my attitude about the entire visit around, and gave us great service and even comped part of our meal without us asking/ them telling us.
Their food was fresh and hot and was delicious (as always) but unfortunately I always have an issue with their staff every time I visit and will probably not be back for a while. They either need a serious overhaul of staff or disciplinary action against the ones with poor service.
They did discontinue their seafood platter (my favorite thing there), so that was disappointing but as always their burgers are delicious and they have a huge variety of them! Fries are still bottomless and now they have burger bar catering!
