Customer service was good and food came out quick. Food is fresh and hot! The only downside was the friend chicken breast was a little on the dry side but the other pieces were great. I would eat here again.

Picked up just spicy tenders. Simple right? Made mistake of not checking order, got home ... 10 pieces of chicken. Don’t like dark meat🤪just wanted tenders. Tried to call restaurant, it is owners cell? And was full. Pissed. On to corporate. What a bunch of idiots! El Pollo Loco confirms order right in front of you. Never going here again.

Do not eat here. After we ordered. They got it almost completely wrong. And when we pulled up to the window and gave us the completely wrong sauce. The boneless wings aren't wings at all. They are literally tiny nuggets which is ridiculous. Probably never eating there again. Good job guys

We were first in line, waited an exceptionally long time (this is FAST food right?), and then were told to park because people behind us were getting their food before us. It has been about 20 minutes since we ordered. Still no food in sight. I am preparing to get a refund at this point because it is honestly ridiculous. The only explanation we have been offered so far is "I just got here, your food is not ready yet." Unacceptable. You can easily go to the Burger King across the street and get much better service.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Me and my wife requested spicy chicken. This was recorded on the receipt but the server that made it decided to give my daughter the spicy nuggets and didn't give us any spicy chicken. She also requested mac and cheese with her meal but they gave her mashed potatoes. This place is rather expensive to have this kind of incompetence. When I called to talk to the manager he was just some hoodrat he basically gave me an attitude and told me he didn't care.
