This is by far, the absolute worst Benihana location that I have ever been to. On the night that I was visiting this Sacramento location, I witnessed 4 different people complaining about staff and service, for good reason. I got up to quietly and politely tell the manager that our drinks had been empty for far too long and nobody was coming by to check on us, you would think he would go get it himself to ensure it was done but this was not the case, 23 more minutes go by after I complained until the drinks finally reach the table. It is no exaggeration when I say the experience you will receive at this location is one you will want to do without. I know Bennihana is better than this and I strongly encourage the company to look into what's happening at this location.

I love this place. This is comfort food at it's best. The manager and staff are phenomenal. Food is always great and I can't wait to come back. Definitely recommend this location.

Excellent food and service. The piece is hefty, but well worth it. Great for special occasions.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. We had reservations at 7 pm and checked in at 6:45. We sat outside to wait. At 7:25 we go inside and sake what is taking so long. We were told that we were already seated. Obviously we weren’t. One of the three receptionist tells us we will be next. So another 20 minutes and we aren’t called and passed up again. This time when we go up to talk to them, one of the girls tells us we were late checking in and we are out of luck because there are two big parties before us. The manager was standing right there and did nothing. What a coward. They need to get the pagers so they know who is next instead of going off memory and a piece of paper they clearly don’t look at.

My husband had never been here b4, so I wanted to take him for a late lunch on a Tues afternoon. We walked in, only one table was occupied, we could see all the chefs in the back talking and we were asked to sit and they would set us momentarily (we had no reservations) we sat there for approx 10min without being seated. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Since they were "so busy" we figured they didn't need our business anyways.
