In and out is awesome no matter where you go. This location does not disappoint. The staff is Snappy and responsive in getting your order out and the food is always Super Fresh. Excellent management of this location, my wife and I were very impressed.

Always a hit. Food quality on point! Go support then and your taste buds. Fast efficient system of customer service. Always busy always good. Fair price for one of the best burgers in the world.

We stopped here on our way back to LAX and London, to try the much vaunted California Institution. Delicious. Friendly. A delight! I'm currently following a low-carb diet and had a 4x4, which was so delicious I had another (somehow losing fat on this - science) My wife had the cheeseburger, fries and a shake. She assured me they were great too. Paulette and Kevin brought the food to us on the 'patio' with great smiles and left us with a good impression. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This In-N-Out was a major disappointment. I've visited many of their locations, I've been a huge fan for over the last 20 years since I worked there in high school. The service and quality never disappoints me, so I was surprised at the experience at this location. The drive thru was tremendously slow. I sat at the window for over 5 minutes waiting for my food after having waited over 30 minutes in line already. I'm not quite sure what they're doing inside but every single car took forever, and I could hear all the cars around me ordering, no huge orders that would cause such a delay. I ate at the Foothill location in Upland a few days earlier and a longer line moved much faster there. The worst of it was actually the flavor. I've never experience such disgusting food at In-N-Out. The flavor of onion had permeated EVERYTHING. I couldn't figure out where the flavor was coming from so I took apart bits of my burger and tasted each item individually, even the cheese tasted like onions. The grossest part was the lemonade. My lemonade tasted like onion too. From the very first sip as I was pulling out of the drive thru, so it wasn't the ice that was the problem, the lemonade literally tasted like someone had dropped a few onions in it. Don't bother with this location, go to one of the other nearby locations instead!
