Here's what's best about this Jack in the Box...it's right off of the freeway, and once you're done, you can jump right back on it. It's a standard Jack, and the drive thru is never crowded. Do be careful at night...it's not the best area, and there have been incidents in the past. Yet, I would feel comfortable stoping. Just keep an eye open. The restaurant is updated, and the drive thru is neat and the sound is clear.

I waited forever and got lettuce and cheese tacos, missing the meat and sauce!!!! But since I do Uber couldn't go back to return. My carry out #426 at 5:08 pm lost $3.29 dlls

Food is ok. Slow service both waiting for someone to take your order and waiting for your order, even though the place is not busy. They don't take eat-in orders to your table even though they have the table flags right beside the register. While there I reported a major cleanliness issue with the restroom. A clerk took a look at it but nothing was done after the report was made. I later asked for the manager but there wasn't one there to speak with. Finally after half an hour later, the clerk did go in to clean up the mess. I'll never stop by here again.

When there busy, the drive thru shorts your order, and the area is getting worse. This is the second time for me.

I stopped by after a long day at work to use the restroom. For a place where you need to be buzzed into the potty, it was a horrible experience. The large stall was locked (though unoccupied) and the seat in the small stall was a nasty mess (poop is my guess, I didn't investigate). I did my business (hover method) and then realized there was no toilet paper AT ALL! I tried calling the store a couple times but got no answer. It literally rang and rang. I could hear it ringing in the other room. Tmi or not, I had to use those dumb seat covers! The food is probably fine, it's a Jack in the Box. You know whay you're getting when you go.
