I was in Concord last week and stop by Applebee's I have not eaten there in many years. The menu has a good selection but the atmosphere that I remember wasn't there this time. They didn't seem very friendly. I probably shouldn't say this but other than the food the atmosphere was no different than from a Denny's I would have expected more. That doesn't make me right just my opinion. But I am going through Concord again and I'm going to give it another try maybe it was just an off day for them. 😎

So many tables open and a long wait to be seated. The wait for food is so long and the staff always seems like they don't know what they lost and short staffed. It's a shame because the food is good. The only reason I come here is because my mom likes it.

Terrible service. My salad was great, but my husband's meal was terrible. Server never checked back on us. Too busy chatting it up with a couple guys. Bay area Applebee's...they aren't all like this, I hope.
