I was invited to tonight’s event, but I was never informed that the restaurant kitchen was closing early, and the event was covered. The meal for the event was closed menu... only one option... The low score it’s for false or poor advertisement. Hope I can enjoy the food some other time... but it will be cool if they informed about the cover prices... the promotional posters and website also lacked the cover fee lOl Saw a lot of people going back after they heard about the price... Honesty is always appreciated! People need to be ready before they attend the event... so it would be helpful if owners could at least have event prices up on the website. Last event fee was different from this one... it's hard to tell how much it's gonna change.

Great family owned restaurant! The food is great. They have another location in Oakland as well. Both serve great food.

We thought we'd just try that new Mexican place near our house. Wow - did we underestimate this place! Yes, there are some Mexican dishes, but mostly Salvadoran and some Guatemalan. The Churrasco Salvadoreno is especially wonderful - grilled beef with shrimp, Salvadoran sausage, fried plantains, and a wonderful mix of rice and black beans. They weren't very busy early on a Saturday night; I really hope more people come, for the selfish reason that I want this place to be here for a long time! Do be aware that the service is Latin American - you need to signal the server if you need something; they don't hover over the tables.

Food is good. It felt like the one waiter there also cooks the food so don't expect great service. However, it was worth the wait. Better experienced through a take out order.
