I took the drive to Pleasant Hill after trying Boston Market with coworkers in Oakland near the coliseum. This Boston Market was nice, easy to find and super clean inside. The staff was really nice and polite.

Surprisingly good. I haven’t been in a few years but was very happy with the food and it’s not much more expensive than any other fast food restaurant.

this was my first time having Boston Martker and I can say it WON'T be my last. the food was delicious and the wait time was not long at all.. great place for quick comfort or soul food. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff all had smiles that made you appreciate the customer service. will be back again

Good food at a decent price. They need more staff at the Pleasant Hill restaurant to improve service. Update: Thanksgiving Day November 23, 2017. We ordered a turkey dinner for 12 a couple of weeks ago. Picked it up yesterday; what a disaster! They were like circus clowns doing a fire drill. Turkey dinner gifts for the needy are much more organized! Multiple Slow Lines! A line to pay for the meal, a line out in the parking lot to pick up a box to get in another line to pick up the food! Then the small size of the side servings (for 12) had to get back in another line to pay for more sides then, another line to pick it up. What a serious waste of time for an average at best Thanksgiving meal. It's nice that there are other options out there that don't waste your afternoon! Safeway's Thanksgiving dinner is much better and... It comes packaged and ready to go in all the time it takes to wait at their Deli counter! Live and learn.
