Ordered sandwiches Canadian bacon. Found out the next day when I called about our so called sandwiches that they no longer carry Canadian bacon. So what we got were still not sure. Anyway our sandwiches had about a half ounce of meat. There was more onion on our sandwiches then meat, and sandwiches didn't even come with onion we requested it. When I called the next day talk to a manager Kyle very nice and willing to make my sandwiches over. Then I called to let Kyle know I was coming in, and got the owner, that wasn't as customer service orerintated. Bottom line is he is going to replace one of our sandwiches. We'll see what happens. Customer service was good restaurants was clean.

I am editing this review as of 5/2/18. Owner is rude. Ordered two pizzas on 5/1/18 for myself and one of my sons. When I got home my son wasn't home. I ate three pieces of pizza which was pepperoni and sausage. A little while later my whole mouth was burning. I called and spoke to the owner and told him what happened. He didn't apologize and what paid for was wasted. When my son not to eat his pizza because of what happened to me. The owner thought I was from Spring Valley which I am not and suggested I ordered jalapenos which I did not. He said he wasn't there when my pizzas were made but he was there to put them on the counter when I picked them up. He didn't apologize and just said he would check on it. I have had cooked jalapenos before and never had this reaction which the burning in my mouth went to the inside of my nose and gave me heartburn. The burning went on for 4 hours and continued until I went to bed. Jalapenos don't cause this amount of pain when I didn't have them on my pizza. I woke up at 6:00 am this morning running to the bathroom to vomit with diarrhea and flu symptoms. To make things clear the only thing I ate that day was toast with butter. What the hell did they do to a pizza that caused food poisoning or possibly a chemical poisoning. I can't even drink gatorade without having the urge to throw up. I froze the pizza in case I end up in the ER. Also, a food handler is required to use separate gloves for handling meat and vegetables. That obviously isn't happening. Was the meat bad? Also, when I paid my bill the cashier was trying to figure out how much change I was supposed to receive on paper. Isn't that is what a cash register is for! Thanks to the owner for keeping on top of your business which you are responsible for. I have two sons over 20 and they are passing the word around to their friends as to what happened to me and to not order Firehouse anymore and they will pass on to their other friends and Facebook. It may not do anything to the business financially but people need to be aware of what's going on. By the way previous order was wrong. What kind of business are you running? The owner's usually never read their reviews but the county may be interested.

Came for the beer while the wife was in church. It is always nice to go and sit and drink beer while the wife and child attends church. The bar tender was service oriented, which is what I like. The place looks authentic, though I have no idea if it is. I didn't order any food, just beer.
