Last month, a couple of friends visiting wanted to drive late of an evening around the lake but we hadn't had dinner yet. I told them I knew how we could do both, and of course took them here. We were not disappointed in anything. Something elegant: good wine selection; something new for them (they're used to Manhattan, Kansas): yucca fries; something fresh: the salads made from local ingredients.

Definitely one if the absolute best places to eat around the lake. These guys use all fresh ingredients and make exceptional food. I missed this place greatly whenever they have had to close from time to time. I love the strawberry summer salad, schnitzel, fish n chips, burgers, and more. A huge step up in comparison to most places in the area. Very friendly staff. Make you feel at home.

Stopped for appetizers as a snack while on the road and they did not disappoint. Calamari was wonderfully crisp breading and very soft inside. No chewieness, while the Yucca fries were delicious!
