The pie was simply amazing. All toppings were very fresh. The crust was very flavorful but not too salty. The house made marinara sauce does not disappoint. Staff is very friendly. Erica B. provided great service!

Not as good as other Mary’s locations— I came on a Saturday night and the place only had a small group of patrons, which should have been my warning. Most Mary’s have a cool energy from the staff, this one did not. We were sat and then forgot about, waiter came to take our order when we had not even been handed menus. Salad came on very warm plates. The pizza was not cooked well, so the ingredients were great, but just a gooey dough attempting to hold it together. So, while I absolutely love Mary’s and highly recommend it, drive to Santa Rosa or even rohnert park for the great stuff!

We had pizza here last night. We ordered online while driving up from Santa Rosa to Ukiah. After about 15 minutes we got a call from a very nice employee at Mary's Pizza Shack who explained that our order had no cheese on it, so she called us to see if that was what we had wanted. I'm really glad she called to confirm our order. We had ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, where half was garlic chicken and half was sausage, mushroom, bell pepper and extra cheese. The process for ordering online was a little confusing for ordering a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. They need to make this simpler. While on the phone with this nice employee we changed our order to dine at the restaurant. They have no option for this with the online ordering system sadly. Once we arrived we waited about 10 minutes before they brought us our pizza. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Our pizza was served hot. The garlic chicken was a dud. It was very bland with no flavor. No one liked it. The bell pepper, sausage, mushroom and extra cheese pizza was better and was passable. The crust was unremarkable, like the crusts you get on frozen pizzas. Overall, I thought the employees were friendly and helpful, but the pizza wasn't very good. The cost was $37, which is fairly expensive, especially for such poor quality. I probably wouldn't eat here again.

Food was fine. But service was terrible. And they charged for ranch in house, which they never do. Waitress failed to say anything about extra charges. Her loss no tip cause it had to pay for the rediculous ranch charges!

The quality of the ingredients is high, making for very tasty food. I love everything I've ordered so far: pizza, salad, meatballs, vegetables on the side, bread sticks. Yes, there's often only 1-2 wait staff on the floor. Yes, they only delivery locally and it can take a while. But the menu consistency is solid, and the sauce is great.
