This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in town. Heck, I would even go so far as to say it's my favorite Di Cicco's. The staff are always very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The prices are reasonable and you get plenty of food for your money. If you want a taste treat, try getting one of their pizzas with shrimp and clams. It's amazing.

Wait time long, food, average. They also like to save 6 cents by not giving "to go orders" a fork when u order a dish like "fettuccine" the waitress said "oh sorry we don't give them out unless you ask for them." Really? So I'm supposed to assume there is not one in there and ask for one? A to-go-order means you're leaving you're not going to eat it there, thus i would need all utensils needed to eat it on the go. It's common sense.

Vowed to myself not go to this DiCiccos ever again. Broke that rule and was disappointed again. Mothers Day and the person seating everyone was also the person bussing and setting the tables. Asked if they were short handed. The answer was "no, just busy". She said she needed to clean a table when there was one right in front of us unoccupied. Inquired about that table and she just walked off after telling me it was not occupied. Had already waited 15 minutes just to put in our name. Didn't bother staying to eat. Went to the DiCiccos on Cedar and Nees instead. Great service from the moment we walked in the door. Amazing what a difference the person at the front can make in your dining experience.

Not impressed. Haven't been here in awhile, but came back with some friends. Server was selectively friendly to certain people, definitely not to me, spilled drinks and didn't offer to clean it up. Not cool. We ordered at the same time, but my friends all got their food before mine, and mine was the appetizer!! Why? Service is less than stellar here. Shouldn't have to remind for refills, clear tables, things that are normal part of service. Sorry, but I've been in the service industry, and this does not fly with me. I get everyone that everyone has a bad day, but don't take it out on me. Place was not busy at all, so I don't understand the lackluster attitude. Server was very terse. I had to keep asking for my check. It was a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed.
