I have not eaten at a Taco Bell in awhile, so my family and I stop by after a church event. After ordering and taking a bite into my food, I am instantly reminded that I can make a better burrito and taco better than Taco Bell. The food "presented" well but the taste was quite bland. As for my kids orders, they gobbled them up! My palate is quite a bit more discriminating then my kiddos and BLAND was the description I came up with regarding the taste of my order. As I told my wife, "The best part of my order was the cup of ice water. I may be back some time for my kids but I think I'll wait until I get home to whip up some nosh.

LUCKY IS THE BEST!!! I live in the neighborhood right next to this location so I come here a lot, the service is usually really good but a gentleman named Lucky (Im 80% sure that's what his nametag said, & he's the store manager, I believe) provided one of the top 5 best customer service experiences I've ever had. And his voice + demeanor were both so pleasant without being fake or overbearing. I was really sore & tired after getting off work, came here to grab some dinner & his attitude really just made my night. He deserves a raise!! Thanks Lucky!

Today I went to Taco bell for lunch and Cindy the assistant manager took my order for three small items but she totally forgot my order and left me hanging for approximately thirty minutes so the next customers came and ordered and they ordered more than mine they got their orders right away so I was upset that my order was forgotten so my lunch is about to be over so I told them I want it a refund. They gave me a refund and the foods for free and they said they are very sorry. I think Mindy should do her job better instead of chit chatting with her employees and hopefully she wouldn't have to deal with an upset customers.
