Worst service I've ever seen. Guy messed up our order so many times. Kept staring at us but never trying to come help us. Waited soooo long for chicken wings. Place was horrible and it wasn't even busy. Dude obviously didn't care job

This was my first Brazilian steak house experience. I know they have a reputation to be pricey with excellent food and service. The restaurant managed to meet two out of three of these expectations. The thought of going to a Brazilian Restaurant fascinated my cuisine senses. The atmosphere was enhanced by a jazz fret band. The trio was a bass guitar, an amplified acoustic guitar and a electric ukulele. The volume was pleasant and gave the room a nice feel on a Saturday night. The decor was basic and the view and ambience is Mall like. The restaurant is located at Sierra Vista Mall and has plenty of parking and it is easily accessible. The restaurant had a good crowd and there was no waiting to be seated at 630pm. We were promptly attended to by a drink server and a water filler throughout the meal. My only complaint was surprisingly the restaurant only provided one poor server who was responsible for serving the entire restaurant with skewers of pineapple, tri-tip, Brazilian steak, chicken wrapped in bacon, chicken drumsticks, chicken hearts and Parmesan pork. As I was seated near the kitchen, I could see the poor guy hustling in and out the turn style door with the skewered entrees in tow. The single glistening server made an excellent stab at providing service for the entire restaurant. The management not providing enough runners just made the service slow. and eventually customers plates were eagerly and patiently waiting on the next item to be served. A glass of wine with tip included was $50 for myself. The Rio Grill atmosphere was good, the food excellent and the one server tired. Overall, a good effort but poorly managed.

This is the worse Brazilian steakhouse I've been to. Will not be going back. It's over priced for the minimal selections offered. Side dish wasn't even offered after asking for a menu. Fried banana is usually served to everyone to really get the taste of each meat cut. And the list goes on. I've been to many Brazilian steakhouse and had wonderful experiences overall with food, price range and service. Unfortunately, Rio lacks the quality of all.

Meat was good as were the sides. Prepare to be stuffed.

Food was great , the place is nice but if you are hispanic you get rushed .The servers will ignore you and you will get your plate removed while you are still eating “ Im sorry your not done yet”? We spent 180. For a special dinner and a few drinks one would of expected better service. To be fair only America our hostess was attentive .
