First time in IHOP. I love it. I love it so much, from the diner feel, the friendly waitress/team lead (Melissa Mendoza) the HUGE stack of delicious fluffy pancakes I couldn't even finish 2/3rds of and the very tasty cheesecake filling inside the New York cheesecake pancakes. I'm sure their other stuff is good too, sure looked it. I recommend IHOP in general to those unfamiliar with it and to people searching for a proper American breakfast I heartily recommend this branch in particular for its good location and friendly! Thank you Melissa you made my visit that much brighter 🤗

Raw sausage, people have attitudes. My omelet came out and it was 1/3 size of the photo with slice cheese, not sprinkled cheese. Cheap horrible service not all the staff , is to blame but some bad apples miss it up for everyone. If you don't like your job, get a new one!! Assit.Manager came out with a free omelet. From a 1 star to a 3 star

I could give it 0 star but there is no option , we came to this location around 10:40 pm , we got our seats and that was it , no one came back to our table!!! We waited and waited and waited for about 15 mintues! And nothing not even coffee was offered , it was not even busy and I seen a lot of girls at the cash registered just hanging out , sitting down. We decided to leave since obviously no one was going to take our order , worst customer service I've experience for the second time at an IHOP restaurant. Maybe they need to talk to their crew members and ask them if they really want to be there . This was convenient for me bc it was closer to my house but not coming back here, I'll rather got to LQ or PD.

I was in IHOP Nov. 15 with a friend. I ordered a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs hash browns and bacon with DRY wheat toast. It took 32 minutes to get my meal but only after asking the waiter to check on the order. When the meal arrived the food was warm and the toast had been buttered. The waiter offered to get dry toast but I declined figuring I would be finished with my meal before the toast arrived. The manager came over and asked what is the problem ladies. I said are you here about the toast. She said no but didn't give a reason as to why she came by and then proceeded to tell us she had a party of 50 in the back and that is why our meal was late. I looked and the party was 10 people. She then proceeded to say "if you're not happy at IHOP don't come back." Believe me we won't be back. Obviously IHOP doesn't need our business at the Indio store on Jackson St.

Great service, even at 6am. Kids got their breakfast quickly. Easy to access from freeway.
