They remodeled the inside, so it looks nice. The staff was very friendly and prompt to offer refills. They did get one part of our parties order wrong, but they were very busy at the time and it was a replacement of what normally comes with the meal, so understandable. The server was very good with offering options and telling us about the specials, which I always appreciate.

I stood at the door waiting for staff to finish their own conversation before getting seated. Food was good but slow to come and the service staff only came back into the dining room every 10 minutes. I just walked to the counter and paid up instead of finishing my meal. I hate it when table service doesn't work.

The experience and waitress were wonderful, even their restaurant manager helped us; but their eggs need a serious change. Put it this way, my fork should not be able to stand in them. I'm going to give these guys a 3 star because their service was great but preservatives in eggs are just wrong. I think their cooks should start learning how to crack eggs instead of cracking a plastic bag. Most people don't know about your food shananagins but some do. This is a constructive critique because your other food is not that bad. Your eggs suck guys....if you poll this look back at the word most. Have a nice day IHOP.

We weren't greeted at the door and then waited approximately 5 minutes or so before anyone approached us so we could be seated. Staff was less than friendly. They seemed flustered and/or irritated. For all I know, it could have been a ruff morning for them. I would give them an other chance if I were in the area but my visit was less than average. Maybe better luck next time.

Excellent service and good food. Chilaquiles were okay, they need a bit more of a spicy kick. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer carry cranberry juice, and instead offer grape juice. Who drinks grape juice? They should offer cranberry juice and also a 'light' version of it for the many diabetes that eat here.
