Today 11/13/17 I was Highly disappointed with this locations working hours and customer service . The sign says business hours 7:00am to 9:00pm. I arrived at 7:10 and the door was locked. The girl working inside clearly seen me and continued to keep setting up which should’ve been done prior to opening time. I don’t mind waiting but at least pop your head out the door or motion one moment and give me a heads up rather then just pretend I’m not there. I called several times throughout the day to speak to a manager and no answer. I’m sure their food is great but Customer service today was disappointing. I won’t be coming here again.

Staff is very friendly. I go there few times a month, and they are recognizing me and prepare my order the way I like.

Basically a fast-food sandwich place, with all that comes with it: underpaid employees who obviously don't want to be there. They never seem to make the same sandwich the same way twice, and you can count on them to always be out of stock on some key ingredient. We really need a Chipotle-like sandwich chain to show this company how it's done!
