We were a very large party! They treated us GREAT. Our server was fantastic. We didnt have to ask for more bread or refills. She was totally on it. Plus they have yummy food! Know, regardless of the size of your party, there will be a wait. I would definitely call before you go.

When I was a child my parents would take us to Spaghetti Factory for special occasions. Although we were poor the one place we could afford to eat was Spaghetti Factory. My mother always ordered the half White clam sauce half mizithra cheese pasta and so I still do so in her honor, and also because it's delicious. Father loved the spumoni ice cream. Our recent dinner was delicious and it has thankfully not changed in the nearly 50 years I've been eating there. You can't say that about many restaurants, keeping great customer service and delicious, affordable food at the Forefront

Love the cozy atmosphere here. Family oriented Our server was great. Food excellent. Love it that after every meal, you get a choice of a scoop of Vanilla or Spoomony(not sure of spelling) Ice Cream. Complimentary scoop

We had reservations for a large group of people (40) which the staff was ready for. However, the servers were rather slow and it seemed that there was confusion as to whom and/or how many would work our tables. Our main courses, unfortunately, were not served at the same time. Some people were done eating by the time another's meal was served. On the positive side, the food was served hot, fresh, and cooked to order. The ambiance was comfortable and clean. For such a large party the Old Spaghetti Factory did a good job and I would recommend them.

The service is courteous and attentive, if homey. It's hard to find the food palatable if you're at all used to 'real' Italian food (which this stuff does not at all resemble), but that's Concord for you. The ambiance is quite comfortable and cozy. The drinks are okay as well. All in all, not an awful place for large group events every now and then, if you can stomach the food.
