Good food but not the fun place it used to be years ago.

Most skimp sushi place. Never coming back. Too expensive for nothing

A little pricy but I like the quality. I will definitely go back.

I have loved Happy Roll since I was a young man. I've spent at least two birthdays there. I don't care if you're allergic to fish, you go there and you eat the mother-loving fish. Don't let the name fool ya. Happy Roll be lit. All day. And these is the streets out here. And the streets stay calling me. So either you eat Happy Roll OR YOU GET ROLLED UP ON. THEY PLAY ZERO GAMES AT HAPPY ROLL. It's the Willy Wonka of sushi spots. The Fenway Park of not-baseball fields. It's a little expensive but better than most any place I've been to. I met my lover Todd there. He's hawt.

When I first walked in, the ambiance gave me the impression that this was a quality sushi restaurant. Especially since the sushi rolls ranged from $14-16, as opposed to a $12-14 range more common in sushi resteraunts, I believed that the sushi should be pretty good. It was awful. The spicy tuna that was in my roll tasted too sweet with some kind of ponzu-esque sauce and then had an overwhelming pepper finish. I couldn't even taste the fish. The salmon, albacore, and yellowtail at the top of the roll was low quality. It was chewy and the fish did not look very fresh. The server, overall, was a very nice woman. The dinner overall was disappointing and expensive for what it was.
