Horrible customer service! I’m only giving you a one star because I have to in order to give my story of what happen 1-7-18!! Some girl who was head of the shift I’m guessing took my order and got my order wrong and I didn’t know till after I went home, cooked one of my pizzas that they My husband bit Into one slice that they put onions on our pizza when I am allergic to them and I asked for none. Called and after going back and forth on the phone because I’m guessing some guy was new, he’s telling me I had to either bring back the pizzas or my next order I’d get 50% off it was like pulling teeth. Finally I asked to speak to someone in charge and I got nothing but attitude! It was so uncalled for when I have kids that need to eat and it takes 40 mins for one pizza to be cooked, they have School the next day and it would have been almost 8pm if I were to have you make me two new pizzas then come home and cook them! I would have brought them back and would have been fine with two new ones the next time I came in. I then finally asked for a refund. My husband went down there and took the pizzas back. When he walked in the door the girl had her back facing to him asking him questions while she rolled Pizza Dough out. She then turned around after my husband told her this was a return. She asked if it was cash or card I payed with giving him more attitude and What put the icing on the cake the guy who was working there had to put in that now my husband had attitude! We will never go back there again!! If you guys had Secret shoppers you would have FAILED!!!!! From when my husband walked in the door! Never again will we go to this papa Murphy’s and it’s sad because we love your pizza!!

This location has ups and downs with service but the pizza is always good. The new staff now is polite and quick. Usually get pizza here 2-3 times per month. Great crust!

The food is great and the staff are good. I only gave 4 stars because the online ordering system could use an improvement. When you customize an order and put something on side A and something else on side B, all the staff see in the ticket is 1/2 side topping, etc - the ticket doesn't say _which_ side. So there is confusion on which toppings go together on a side. Understandably.
