I love this place. The people are usually nice and the food is good. Tonight the server was moving to fast and I don't feel like he was working with us very well. The cook cooked everything really good. He cooked the rice out of order but I enjoyed it.

It's a fun place, no matter who you are! Seating at the cooking tables is fun,you don't know who you are going to be sat next to. Chefs are trained to do a 'cooking performance' to entertain you while you eat appetizer plates. Full bar, small beer selection, lots of blended drinks, non and alcoholic. Mildly expensive but again, it a dinner experience!

This place has gone down hill. Our reservation was for 6:30, we had to wait and were seated at 6:50. We got put in the room to the left that really only seats 8, They crammed 10 of us in there. Two of the other parties were kids so they were OK squeezing together, but I myself had to sit at a corner section where there wasn't room for me to scoot forward or even eat from my plate. That right there really upset me. Who cares about the customer's experience, let's cram as many as we can for that sweet precious money! They used about half a chicken breast for 6 servings of chicken fried rice.... Cheap. And since we were in the room, myself and the other parties had to constantly get up and go to the bar for water / drinks since they would forget about us. I'll be sticking with Kobe Japan from now on. They're more intimate and aren't about cramming you in with others to make more money. Their portion sizes are what Benihana used to be. This place used to be wonderful. Now it's a madhouse.

I feel the customer service Sucks !!! My experience today was awful, I called for an estimated time that they were accepting walk ins . I arrived at 4:50 and was told there was an hour wait for the hot table. I let the hostess’s know that my party had arrived. I was told then that there would be a two hour wait, so I explained that I called an was told different. At 6:50 my party and I was sat down at the tables near the bar . All of a sudden police officers show up telling my party and I to leave. The manager on duty Cate and the Hostess Tomasha were very rude and unprofessional. Saying that I voiced my opinion making a statement that I will be making a review, she felt threatened by it. So I will be calling corporate in the morning.i felt discriminated against an also felt as if I was being judged by the color of my skin. I do not recommend this restaurant!!

Decent food, but the clientele is a little downmarket for my taste. It’s an ok place for something a little different, but the farthest thing from romantic. Remember that unless you have a large party you’ll be sharing a table with strangers.
