Good food, but am writing this post because of the staff, they were great!! We had a one year old in a high chair, when I tried cleaning the floor around him, he's messy, he's one, lol they wouldn't let me. Most places will let me crawl around and clean up after, but not with them. Dude said, "it's our job, not yours". And he is kind of right. Good people right there.

First a long wait while looking at empty tables, short staffed. Server chats us up but failed to provide knife and fork, had to ask for it. Bun was at least 4 to 5 days old, I was in the bread business for 41 years. We ate at a Red Robin in Marysville, WA last August and it was great.

I like going to Red Robin and try and learn new famous burger great customer service the always come and check on my table make sure that we're all good they don't keep you waiting in line to sit down I recommended for a lunch or a dinner date

This place is always mediocre at best. Nothing is great, nothing is good. The bottomless fries are great in theory. With that being said, it takes forever to get them. When they do arrive, it's just a handful. Not really worth the wait. The waitresses are always pleasant, but seem stretched between too many tables.

Online order not done properly. Ordered a burger with upgraded garlic fries which were not included, we got the regular steak fries. Requested a side of ranch also noted it on the order as well, did not get the ranch. The regular drinks are a little on the small side. We arrived early between 5 and 10 minutes, the food was sitting out presumably getting cold, when we got home the food was cold.
