Wendy's is sure not as good as it use to be. Okay to poor service. Food, okay to fair. They should put self-serve soft drinks in the lobby instead of having to wait in line just to get a refill. I think that Dave Thomas would be sad to see his excellent chain of restaurants and high standards have stooped to this level. Just hope they can improve! Rp

I give it a 1 because they really need to upgrade everything inside and out plus be more clean.

Service sucked! The manager was telling me what a hassle it was gonna be to add a cookie onto my order since it already cashed out that now she is gonna have to deal with the office asking questions as to why the hell she changed the price of the cookie from regular to add on with it attached to a meal... REALLY WENDY'S MANAGER REALLY? I WON'T GO THERE AGAIN JUST CUZ OF THAT REASON!

Went to the Tulare Wendy’s late last night and had an awesome experience thanks to Gina S!! She seemed to be working all alone but she gave excellent service. The food was fast and hot (or cold depending on what it should have been) and she was friendly!!! Such a great experience for my lady and myself!!!
