Dry chicken. We've been there twice now and the worker/cook seem to let the juices from the chicken barely survive without burning the carcass on the grill. Leaving chicken dry and without moisture. Don't you think that being the most important subject on the menu should be the best? We've experienced chicken pieces, a burrito and a low-cal salad. The 410 calorie salad was pretty tasty except for the dry chicken. What made it less appetizing was comparing it to the photo on the wall. Totally different once it was handed to me. The photo showed every item was all in a row, beautiful and arranged. In my square bowl it was a sloppy mess. Why advertise a juicy chicken and a gorgeous looking low-cal salad when they don't exist.

Pulled up at 9:45 and noone at the drive thru!! Waited 5 min and when ai pulled up to window we were ignored. So I pulled up around to go inside and the employee was on his phone and told me that everything shuts down early including register! So I asked why would everything shut down at 9:45. Then I noticed they took someone else's order right after...

These are my issues with this particular location. Dont go near closing time, food will be lukewarm. The portions you get when ordering side orders will get you dissappointed. It has happen to me a few times. Friends and fam. have had the same experience. Go during or 2 hrs after "lunch hr" and the food will be hot and side orders filled all the way up. Others EPL locations I give them 4 stars.
