So, I've been going to this particular Cheesecake Factory for as long as I can rememeber, even more so in the past 3 years or so. I've seen pretty mixed reviews online, and have heard mixed reviews in person, but this is honestly the best Cheesecake Factory I have ever been too. The decor is elegant and soft, the food is tasty and everything is fresh, and most of the waiters are extremely nice and accommodating. In fact, I've never had a bad waiter experience at this location ever. While I will say that sometimes the wait can be long, it doesn't bother me that much because it gives me time to talk to my party and I know how busy it can be. The food is always really good and I rave about this place to everyone I know😂

I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. What ever the occasion you can fit this place into it. Our last visit was for cheesecake only after a photo shoot and at the same time there was a wedding reception! My personal favorite is the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. Enjoy.

The Cheese Cake Factory at the Harbor Bay was a great place to have lunch. I had a bowl of soup and also a veggie burger which was absolutely delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed our meal and was very satisfied with the portions. The service was excellent and the waiter got all of our orders correctly and the food came out hot and in a timely manner. I will be going back if I visit San Diego.

They were having the worst night I think. We got seated quick as in 30 minutes. After that - it took 30 minutes to get silverware. Appetizers were awesome. Food came and the kids french fries took 30 minutes after the food came out to arrive. One dish was served cold - chicken which they replaced. They offered free dessert which took another 30 minutes. 2.5 hours of being held captive was enough - they finally let us go. Comped the desserts. Worst experience I've ever had at this chain. It was odd to say the least

The Cheesecake Factory in the Headquarters at Seaport, San Diego, has great service, large selection meals, drinks, and desserts. It is kept very clean and is priced moderately well. I visit this Cheesecake Factory often, mainly as my lunch spot or for dessert pickup to end my day happily. The bartenders are very quick to get your drink order to you. They also make great recommendations for happy hour and regular dining. Recently, I was convinced to try their breakfast on a Saturday; they open at 10am on the weekends. All the parking at this location is metered or valet. You will pay which ever you choose, unless you get there by enjoying a harborside walk. Desserts, happy hour, lunch and dinner are all good at The Cheesecake Factory.
