This location seems to have good management in terms of training their cashiers. Always greeted kindly and they actually say thank you. I know drive thru cashiering can be difficult to juggle but it's amazing how far a simple thank you can go. Food is on point here.

I ordered a meal with a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supreme which I had them swap that out for soft tacos. The order that they handed to me was wrong I caught it immediately. They tried charging me $2 above the meal price trying to fix my order. When I got home I realized not only had to giving me hard shell tacos but they were not Supreme.

They have yummy food at a reasonable price. I recommend checking your order before leaving because they often give me regular tacos even though I ordered (and paid!) for supreme.

Not bad at all, but don't post a lie in the bathroom. This is my second time having to tell them about no hand soap in the mens restroom two days in a row. Don't lie about your standards 😂

This Taco Bell isn't terrible, but there've been a few service-related issues I've experienced that prevent me from holding in regards as being supreme, too. When I first moved to Costa Mesa, the quality of the service and food was actually well-done for a Taco Bell. For whichever reason, most of the staff they had at that time seemed to go away for a litany of people who were ill-prepared or ill-invested in their jobs. The result was dealing with longer-than-normal service times, customer reps who could be viewed as dismissive at worst, and food that was good but not great (when this had previously been a location where you could expect great Taco Bell.) It's not bad enough for me to avoid or even demerit, but I wish they could find the TLC they had before to make the food better than it is now. Also, if you ask for special requests from this particular Taco Bell, expect them not to follow it.
