Went there for a special occasion. The view is great, the staff not so much. No one told us about any specials and it took over 20 minutes to get a refill on soda. The fish that we ordered was okay, but could've received a better dinner at Marketplace Broiler. The glass on the upstairs patio looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several months, handprints all over it. Won't be going back.

Food was very good. Our server was very personable and attentive, but was too busy. Maybe they were shorthanded that night. Drinks were good, not great for the price. Their happy hour menu was good. We sat outside and really enjoyed views of the harbor. I would go back again.

If you're going for the experience, have at it. If you're going for the food, be prepared for it to be over price, subpar, and cold. My lobster roll was a straight-up disappointment. The clam chowder was cold. About 3/4 of our party was dissatisfied with their meal. Beautiful place, don't get me wrong, the view is extraordinary. But yeah, the food was not great.

Location, location, location. Right on the bay. Great atmosphere. A little pricy. Went on a Friday night and had a bowl of clam chowder and the fish and chips with 2 draught beers. My buddy's order was identical. $100.00. Some of the best clam chowder I've ever had ad the fish and chips were aces but for $50.00, I usually get a good steak.

Highly recommend the landing for a great dining experience. Great views of the harbor and you don't have to be in the windows. They had a great Thanksgiving Buffet at a very good price, not cheap but excellent for what you got. The fish is always well prepared, had a Swordfish Kebob that was great and lots of food! Service is top notch, don't forget to tip appropriately.
