Seriously, this is the worst place ever to eat. Customer service soooo totally sucks. For those of you that don't know, KFC is just down the street on Commerce Blvd. Trust me you will get better service there. This place should close. Four years living in Rohnert Park and every time I visit this dump it's always bad.

This location gives bigger portions than other local Popeyes. However, this location tends to always forget to complete your order. Also, if you get the catfish it can come out appearing cooked on the outside but uncooked in the inside. I normally don't leave reviews or bad ones at that but this has happened on more than one occasion.

Went thru takeout line, no one behind or ahead, order completely wrong. I am passing through town, I see why their rating is so bad, tried to call, goes to recording....

Came through drive thru ordered surf and turf waited 20 minutes in line get to window pay for that 5 Minutes later she comes to window and says we are all out of shrimp. So I order Cajun fish with Mac and cheese get fish no Mac and cheese I ask they than say we are out of Mac and cheese here is mashed potatoes... Wth is going on at this a place

Been there many times because I love the chicken. I often had to make sure my order was correct and I had to be sure I wasn't in a hurry. Just a couple days ago, after ordering $30 worth of food, I was told there was no more mild and that it would take 25 minutes. I agreed to wait only to find that they had run out of spicy and it would take another 25 minutes. And I should be more understanding since they had just hired 2 new cooks and 2 fryers were broken. I demanded my money back and will not go back. That was the last straw. What a shame this place can't get it together .
