Quality and service is very good. However, this is a franchise so DOES NOT honor text coupons. This ticks me off. So it's a Subway thats not a Subway.

The employee working this evening should be discharged for incompetence. She took the sandwiches off the square piece of paper that subway uses to assemble the sandwich and carried it across the room to wrap in the subway outer paper. She asked if we wanted a bag for our four foot long sandwiches, I responded that I would two bags. She only gave us a total of three napkins for four foot long sandwiches! She charged us for two bags of chips to which I said we didn't want chips. She said that they were free. I said if they were free, she wouldn't be charging us. I had to make her cancel the order and ring it up again (without the chips.) We like Subway sandwiches, but we won't be going to this particular one again, not when there are five other Subways in town.

I go to the Subway on Rohnert Park expressway often ever sense they opened up for the most part employees are nice cant speak much English,,this is frustrating in trying to get what you are asking for,,just now 10/25/17 I went there to get my sandwich the woman that came out from the back all the food was exposed not covered up had a she had a nasty scowl on her face I asked her for a foot long and it would be a BLT with avocado on it I am aware there are extra charges for extra items,, (my usual) she warmed up the bacon slap the greasy bacon on the bread started to put mustard on it I said no this is a BLT, the 1st foot long she destroyed cutting it up,had to get a new loaf,,I asked for shredded cheese she didn't put enough cheese I asked for a bit more,,she growled at me and and said wow really I looked her and asked did this upset you that I asked for more she replied yes,,I told her to put it away I will not be back at this store,,,I informed her I would be putting in a complaint she replied you go ahead and do that,,this is horrible way to treat a customer I buy at 12 sandwiches a month in this location..I doubt I will be back to this location,

The best veggie patty ever! And I drive thousands of miles per month traveling for business. There is just something very special about this particular location. Staff are mello and authentic too.
