Went to 3 subways in the area asking for egg white sand which. All others declined, Cynthia was amazing she made my request and didn’t give me attitude. The others acted as if I asked them for cash!!

The one on azuza blvd , west covina , has a rude female employee . Been there few times and becausd of her , i stopped going to subways altogether .

Absolutely horrible customer service the "manager" could not figure out how to give correct change for a $20 bill after holding up the line for 20 minutes told me to come back the next day to resolve the issue....when i asked for her bosses number she first gave me a fake number then the second time gave me a good number but after talking to the owner , which was the same quality of customer service....i ended up leaving irritated be on belief with soggy sandwichs
