The most unfriendly experience. I was the only person in the store and felt like I was an inconvenience. Unfriendly employees should never be okay. The food was good.

I'd echo what others have said about this place: the customer service isn't the best. Last Friday noon, Crystal treated my mother impatiently because she had questions (and is also hard of hearing). I figured that was simply her personality until she warmly greeted others standing in line. Perhaps Crystal didn't particularly care for us as customers. Otherwise, the food was fine, and the store seemed put together.

I ate at this particular Subway more than at home. They always are warm and friendly, and they know what I want when I walk in the door. Great place!
