My mother, 1 1/2 yr old son and I were regular customers there. We would go eat there on a weekly basis. My mom and baby really liked going there and my we use to recommend the place all the time as well. Yesterday we tried to go eat there but we were sadly disappointed with a waitress there (the one with the tattoos on her arms) and the way she decided to do things last night. My son likes to pretend he is sweeping. So if he sees a broom he wants to get it and pretend he is sweeping. He liked to do that there while we would wait for our food. He would never be in anybody's way because we would go in the night right before closing time when there wasn't hardly any people there. Anyhow, last night he went to get the broom since they keep them right there in the open by the trash can and the counter. The waitress said he can't get the broom because it's a hazard. That's fine and totally understandable. So I asked her in the nicest way possible if she can please put them away that way he wouldn't see them. With a raised eyebrow she said "no". She could have very well said yes since it is a "safety hazard" and the brooms and dustpans shouldn't be kept there in the open like that anyway. Instead, she chose to put her pride before the customer satisfaction. In conclusion, we were highly disappointed with the way she chose to do things last night and had to leave for not being able to accommodate us when she very well could have. We will not be going there or recommending this place anymore.

I have been a weekly customer they have Good food, the only thing/problem is that I was disappointed was that I was forced to buy the meat to put on my Nachos. I am a vegetarian.I agree that the customer is not always right and that they have the right to to deny you service.A business should also be concerned in pleasing their clients also. It's not always about the money and business . The restaurant also needs a website with food menu. Restaurant has so much potential. But if a business is not willing to pay for their own website that should be an indication that they are money driven in the wrong way. They make enough money so they can have a website made for them.
