Oh my goodness where do I start... The people are amazing, the menu was pretty decent, the prices were reasonable given the selection, and oh my goodness I wish my mama cooked like that... I had the ribs / brisket plate, I chose the potato salad and mac and cheese as side items. The potato salad was okay, but the mac and cheese was absolutely excellent. It was served in a little Ramekin finished off with some bread crumbs on top etcetera, definitely a higher-end mac and cheese. The ribs were pretty good there was only two, I availed myself of their spicy BBQ sauce which was excellent, but if I had to rate it, it would be a mild. I chose the lean brisket, and it was perfect. Moist tender falling apart at the slightest pull, definitely an outstanding brisket. I like this place so much I put it on my dating line up.

I had been to Maple Block before but about two years ago, I started working across the street from Maple Block. I go about 3-4 times a month. Food is always great and their specials make lunching there very affordable and I leave feeling very satisfied. I've had pretty much everything they have to offer and all the meats and sides I've had have been delicious. They are very busy for lunch usually and eating inside is a little noisy for when I take a client there. We may not have a great discussion but the meal always makes an impression. Outdoors it's great when the weather is nice.

This place was incredibly delicious! If I was not so full, I would have eaten everything off the menu. I had some trouble convincing my girlfriend to come here for the first time because the name, Maple Block Meat co sounded like I was taking her to a butcher for dinner. The moment we walked in, she was happy she agreed. Our mouths were watering at the wonderful smell of delicious meats. Even now, my mouth waters as I remember all the delicious dishes we tried. Our server was cool and helpful. She had great recommendations. If you are coming here for the first time, ask your server what they like, and get a variety of items. I cannot wait to go back.

Love this place. I get the smoked chicken and husband loves the brisket. My friend and I go for Happy hour and get the smoked pork nachos. I've also had the smoked grilled cheese and smoked salmon. Both were great. I love the white southern BBQ sauce that comes with the chicken. You can also ask for the traditional red BBQ sauce too, of course. Highly recommended!

From my first experience at Maple Block Meat Co, it was good enough for a future revisit. I ordered the lunch box and selected the Brisket sandwich, ranch beans, and coffee soda. The brisket was great with a good amount of smokiness to it. It had a good amount of meat and I most enjoyed the burnt ends pieces of the brisket that I wished for more. The taste of the ranch beans wasn't vibrant, so it was a bit underwhelming. The coffee soda was an interesting experience as it complemented the meal with its acidic and crispy bubbles. Do note that their parking lot is very limited, about 15 cars max. Otherwise, it's street parking. Thanks, Maple Block Meat, for the food .
