Excellent service and great menu selections. And then there's the daily specials. I like the seating arrangements, plenty of space between tables. Never feel crowded here, no matter where you're seated.

This Italian restaurant takes the title as the slowest restaurant service I have ever witnessed. The restaurant interior was nice, and it seemed as if it was recently renovated. However, the slow service soon hit. We waited 15 minutes for them to clean up a table, then 6 minutes for the garden salad and cheese plate (acceptable time), then another 26 minutes for entrees. From ordering to plating, the total time was 47 minutes. For three entrees, a salad, and an appetizer to take that long is completely unacceptable. The Ravioli, which I had, was nicely executed, but had nothing special about it. It seemed as if they could have just went to Trader Joe's and bought a bag of ravioli and saved a lot of time. The chicken and the gnocchi were also unimpressive. A good effort, but not good enough for me to return.

The squid ink noodles were excellent, especially the pieces of fish in them. However, the portion size was a bit too big. If I could change anything, I would offer smaller portions.

Great atmosphere. Feels authentic Italian. The owner is a courteous Italian gent (from the accent and name) who greets you as you come in and as you leave, and checks on you. The short rib, my main course, was a gamey and that’s deal breaker for me. Excellent sauce and very tender otherwise. If I come back I’ll have to try something else. The white bean and vegetable soup (vegan) was excellent and served scalding hot. I had to wait a good 5 minutes before I could get into it. The warm bread, dabbed with olive oil was very good as well. The waiter had a bad cold / flu so it felt reassuring that I’d had my flu shot a couple of weeks ago. Given other reviews and my gut feel about the place I’ll be back to give it another try and (hopefully) have an experience in line with the other (glowing) reviews.

Amazing fast service, top class italian food, I was there 2 times with my girlfriend from Santa Cruz, she asked to me "You're italian why don't you preapere some dish like that? I told to her sorry but those guys aren't able like me! She was laughing telling me "cause you can only open the fridge"
