Very authentic transitional Cantonese restaurant. Dim sum is very good. At weekends be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. The place is very big, lots of round large tables and private areas, good for the large group or family gathering. The service is fast and nice. Food carts comes frequent and fast. Other than the very transitional dishes, they offer some new style small plates as well. I would like to try their dinner someday. Overall a very solid 4 Star.

The velco shopping center appears to be for the most part vacant. So parking is plentiful. Had a nice gathering for one hundred people. As always, the food was very delicious.

Some aunties waitresses are really nice to us there. Food is just at very normal dim sum level. Not very surprised or tasty dim sum restaurant in my eyes

Located in a vacant shopping mall, one wouldn't expect a bustling restaurant to survive here. This attests to the decent food that the restaurant serves, both as a Dim Sum and as a venue for big events (in our case, a wedding). The staff were friendly and made sure that the food was served quickly, given that it was a big event. On the second occasion that we were here, the frequency of the food carts made sure that there was a steady stream of options that is often missing in large dim sum restaurants because of the large numbers of people. While the food and service were decent, the cleanliness of this restaurant is questionable. What disgusted us was the discovery of a dead rodent by one of the children playing. This makes me question how clean the restaurant is and whether the food served was prepared in a hygienic manner. We won't be eating here again.

Very good Cantonese banqueting. Every single dish was at the very least competently prepared and the braised abalone and the baked koi were excellent. The wait staff were professional and attentive.
