We were seated and waited at out table for 35 minutes without a server coming by to take our order or offer drinks.
People who arrived later than us had drinks and their orders taken while we waited. I pushed the "call server" button on our order screen which blinks and after 10 minutes of waiting, we flagged down a runner. She took our drink order and apologized and said she would find our server. She talked to two servers in the hall and I could see them both arguing because neither of them would take responsibility for the table. The girl brought us our drink, and we waited for a server... any server to come by and help us. After we had been sitting for 35 minutes we got up and went to speak to the Manager. She offered to seat us at the bar for the bartender to "Take care of us.", which is weird. She never spoke to any server on our behalf. She offered a coupon or something, it was unclear. However, we left because at that point it had been 45 minutes of us trying to get food, and we were starving, upset, and embarrassed by the ordeal.
This restaurant seems to be incompetent when it comes to seating and serving folks. The above incident was at 7pm on a Monday, but I have been to this location for lunch a few times. During lunch we often have to wait for 15 minutes for a table, just to go into the dinning room and see at least 8 open tables.
I love Olive Gardens, but skip this location.
