Such a hidden gem!! I've been living in Daly City for about 5 years now and just stumbled upon this place while driving from Colma Bart. It's definitely one of those small hole-in-the-wall type of place so I looked them up on Yelp and sure enough they begin to take orders at 11:30am - not a minute before. I'm a 5 minute drive away and it took them about 15 minutes for my food to be ready by the time I found parking - which was SO nice because I was super hungry. I ordered the "Leg and thigh meal" which comes with 1 Belgian waffle and a side. I also added cornbread and collard greens to my order because what's southern comfort food without these I drove about another 10 minutes to Thornton Beach Vista which was absolute torture because the food smelt so good. By the time I bit into the chicken, it was everything I imagined - crispy with tender meat on the inside. And when the chicken is eaten with the waffles, oh my god!! The perfect combination of savory and sweet. I could taste a lot of spices in the waffle batter but cinnamon was definitely prominent. So delicious and I'll definitely be coming back to eat here again.

Blown away by this unassuming Chicken and Waffles restaurant. Get here early because the sides go quick. Waffles have a delicious nutmeg/cinnamon quality to them and the fried chicken is fried to perfection.

One of the few chicken n waffles spot on this side of town. Chicken and waffles combo with a side only cost 12.50 with the option to upgrade your waffle. Tried the red velvet waffle which was delicious my friend had the sweet potato waffle and that was also good. Parking is a pain in this area. The staff is super nice, will definitely returning.

Menu selections is disappointing. This place is definitely NOT your full on soul food place Ok! This place literally has chicken, waffles, corn bread, macaroni & cheese, and like 2-3 other things like soda and stuff. Do Not Expect smothered pork chops etc. However the food I mentioned was great!

As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me and were super friendly as I waited for my coworker to arrive. One of the cooks even started getting their food ready to cook before we ordered so we'd get our food faster. I ordered a Belgian waffle with a thigh and leg and a side of yams. The waffle was warm and fluffy and perfectly sweet. Also, the syrup is warm! The chicken didn't have too much breading like most places and it was seasoned well. The yams taste amazing on top of the waffle and by themselves. One of the cooks came by to check on us. If you're in the area, you've gotta try it!
