Children are running this zoo and its a mess. One young man hanging out at the Coke machine and pulling his young female co-workers hair, the other young man who threw water on the floor and on top of all the other employees shoes while they were working and started scrubbing and kicking up filth everywhere. The other young man in the back picking up handfuls of raw chicken with his bare hands and then going back and preparing food... Then a tall adult looking figure emerges from the back. Standing in the sink area with his mouth agape. Then he disappears. This place is a MESS!

Really love their wings and potato salad, but the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. If you get a pickup or order to go, be sure to double check it before you leave the store because we've noticed they often get it wrong.

The negative reviews of this place are all 100% true, it’s the worst restaurant in America. I have no idea how corporate let’s this restaurant stay open with all of its problems, and I think I’m going to have to call the San Mateo dept of Public Health because the place was downright dirty. Shifts run entirely by teenagers, management is probably also very inexperienced. If I could put no stars I would, but I can’t, heed this warning, don’t ever go. Just don’t.
