Waited for 10 min to be seated while employees looked directly at me and then walked away. Finally a manager cleared a table and wiped it down for us. Every single empty table was dirty and covered in dishes. The floors had straw papers, napkins, and food everywhere. It then took about 15 min before the manager asked if we had been waited on yet. He then told an employee to serve us. When the food came out the fries were old and cold. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the service did improve at the end. Even though it took about 10 min at the end for our server to come back and pick up my card for payment. There were multiple times where the servers were in groups of 4 or more have a great conversation with lots of laughter while customers sat waiting. I do not think I will come back to this location.

1st time in this restaurant. Took over 15 minutes for a table of 8. Place not too busy. Waiter was very personable. Now the bad news, told us twice, he was bringing water. 10 minutes later we got 4. When we ordered beer, another waiter brought them over, didn't know which beer was which. When the food came out,in about 30 minutes. Half the order was wrong or missing. Since it was my first time, I got the wings, which looked like the were waiting to come out 20 min earlier. Asked for more sauce, 5 min later asked again for more sauce. 5 min later started eating WITHOUT THE extra sauce. Did not receive any soda refills. Instead of giving everyone dressing, we had to figure out which was ranch or Bleu cheese. Would not recommend unless you have ALOT time. The food was good. Manager should have been out to help. Not a good first impression.

We got great service and food was tasty; would been 5 stars if the bartender knew how to serve a Manhattan properly...

Horrible customer service, 20 minutes to get a seat for 3 of us, while there were 8 empty tables, half of them still a mess, one family appeared to be waiting a long time just to pay and go home. Management is horrible here, they need to find a way to prioritize
