Our dinner was mediocre; Koi Palace food quality went down in my opinion. There are other restaurants where food quality is just as good and inexpensive compared to Koi palace. Service this time was not bad at all with all birthday parties happening when we dined. Had the espresso coffee ribs, the coffee taste was strong but I enjoyed it.

I don't see what the big deal is about this place. First off, parking is absolutely horrendous!! Then, when you finally find a space, you have to wait and wait and wait. Don't go there if you're hungry. The service is lacking. You have to ask for everything. The food is far from good. To top it off, it's so expensive!!! So NOT worth the experience!

This is one of the best dim sum places in SF/Bay Area (Daly City). Really enjoyed the yummy bites, service was fast; but don't expect the staff to speak English. It's relatively well-known amongst the locals. The space is large and feels like you're walking into a part of China. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a place with good dim sum this is the place! I was looking for a restaurant that had solid soup dumplings, and I found it here at Koi Palace! The dim sum here and entrees are a bit pricey, but it's good quality so it's well worth it. The only gripes I have with this place is that the wait is long on the weekends, so the best time to come is 10-15 minutes before it opens to avoid the 1 hour wait, and that service here isn't great, but usually that is the case for Chinese restaurants.

Waited for 2.5 hours until we get called only to say that we have to wait some more because they just want to check to see if there were enough of our party present. We had 4 toddlers, one we got up from our waiting bench, the kids were running wild in the restaurant. They could've given a smaller tables that accommodate 6 for our party of 7, which consists of 3 adults and 4 kids. Poor planning and management. The service was terrible, we were too hungry by the time we get to eat that the food doesn't taste as good as it should anymore. We won't come back to restaurant, for sure.
