The lady behind the counter had such a thick accent I couldn't understand her at all. I'm pretty sure she couldn't understand me or others because she would ask the same question 2 or 3 times. That is just not good customer service or professional acumen.

They closed the store 30 minutes early and I rushed a long way to get here. This was the only subway I would eat from .

I think there service has diminished not really customer friendly anymore you get the coupon at home and when you try to use the stuff members tells you you can not use it that's why I don't like it anymore
