Beautiful fancy hotel with nice ocean view. The food however, not impressed. My drink was too bitter for my taste and the flavor of my meal with very underwhelming. There's nothing in their dishes that elevates the flavor to give it that wow factor. They lack the basic fundamental understanding of how to properly balance flavors. Their dishes lack such balance. No need to come back here.

What a truly divine experience. I want to give a huge thank you to Miguel and Caesar especially for making the *already amazing* experience that much better. Mind you, this was my first time seeing the ocean up close and personal, the view brought me to tears. Not only the view, but the menu was to die for. I highly recommend the Duck Chili Verde if you are visiting for breakfast!

Most of the people are nice but I made reservations and showed up before time and asked for a window seat, they said they'd call me when one opened up and I was second in line. An hour later I went and asked about my seat and I looked up and saw FOUR window tables available. They told me to come back in five minutes. I had also previously told them it was my anniversary, so clearly I was disappointed. The two girls at the front desk of Raya, even said they'd call me when one was ready AFTER I stated there was 4 tables available, until I suggested I'd be back in five minutes. Clearly they could care less about customer service. I expected way more. Luck of the draw I guess. When I finally sat down, the menu was not great. We actually left, after an hour of waiting, lol. Our "view" was a pitch black window, with a reflection of ourself. We drove 5 hours for this. ..... Yup.

Food was amazing. Bummed that we requested window seat on reservation far in advance and it didn't happen.
