wish this review could be better. The person taking phone order, could use a bit of training in etiquette in customer service. Our pizza was delivered and the pizza was not made correctly as well as not being very hot. We called to let them know the pizza was made incorrect and they said it was a mistake. No apology, no offer to remake the pizza correctly, no credit for a future order. Round Table is a strong brand and we generally enjoy the consistency of the products, but the last few visits the products have been inconsistent. There are many options for pizza in this area, so I hope they step it up.

My first visit to any Round Table Pizza and to be fair, you should probably order pizza at any estabisment that has pizza in their name. I ordered the wings and they were not great. At $9.00 for 6 wings, they weren't a great value either. I was also the only customer in the place at 1 pm which is a bad sign. Nice interior with lots of TV's and some kind of self service draft beer contraption.

35 min later than the promised time and still waiting. They probably missed my order. The only other time I ordered from here they were missing a key ingredient and the pizza was lukewarm. Not worth taking another chance. And found out that the shrimp was missing, after I got home. And the sauce was too heavy despite my specifying light. The app looks decent, the store is newish, but pizza and wait time are both sorely disappointing.
