A great place to get breakfast. They have newspaper menus which helps establish their cabin theme. The service was great, the waiter checked in with us countless times to make sure everything was up to standard. I got an omlete that came out quickly and was delicious. The pricing isn't awful but also isn't the cheapest but definitely worth the price.

Good diner with friendly staff and good service. We ordered extra lemon for the salad and they brought it. Also they served some great fruit plate for sandwiches and hamburgers even if you do not order it. That was really nice of them.

The ribeye was perfection, their sides are so delicious,.. The service is great, it's very b clean inside and out. I really can't say it enough of how great this place is and how much of a great choice to eat for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. I live a little over an hour away from here and I WOULD NOT hesitate to make the drive just to come here to eat. Oh, and the dessert, to die for. Everything is to die for. The town is even beautiful. You will NOT regret choosing this place to eat for any meal at any time of the day, any day of the week. 💯💯💯% satisfaction guaranteed everytime. I have nothing negative to say about this diner.

Good food, wide variety, service was very poor. Restaurant had maybe 5 tables with customers. Our Server was more interested in chatting with other servers and flirting with the bus boy as well as just standing around, than filling water or coffee, even when asked, or prebussing tables. If this had been my first visit to a Black Bear Diner, I would never go to another one.

Food was amazing but very BAD SERVICE. This waitress named Halie took so long to take our orders. It took about 25 min to bring our beverages and another 15 min to take our orders. We have to tell her so many times that we needed coffe and it took so long that my mom had to go and asked someone else. Also her attitude wasn’t helping at all. She was very rude, she was bringing everything with a very bad attitude. She ask the other tables if everything was OK and with our table she didn’t even ask once. She didn’t even apologize.
