My favorite restaurant in Carmel Valley, also the best Souplantation in San Diego in my opinion. I have been going there throughout my childhood. It's a great place for birthdays. The food is always fresh and the price is very cheap. They continue to update the menu and the restaurant to keep it new.

This memories made at this location will always be cherished ones from my childhood. I have dined here counles times for as long as I've lived in San Diego. Right as you walk in the fun atmosphere is set by friendly staff, bright and colorful decor, and deliciously fresh smells. The tableware and silverware are always polished and clean. The salad bar is always well stocked and attended and always fresh and delicious. There is always plenty of table space inside and outside. There are highchairs available inside and the outside patio has heatlamps and is dog friendly. Main course wise the soups, pasta, breads, muffuns and desserts change almost daily and are always made fresh everyday. There are plenty of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and many other dietary restriction friendly options, even the frozen yogurts are vegan, dairy-free, and low-fat. One thing to ve mentioned is that they no longer to breakfast, and only serve desserts with dinner. However overall this is the nicest Souplantation I have ever visited and a scrumptious and healthy option that has something for everyone.
