Absolutely horrible service! It took a long time to get our food even though the place wasn't busy. The waitress set our forks directly on top of our food instead of putting them on a napkin on the table. Then the beans were lukewarm, and the rice was so cold it felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator! We waited a long time for the waitress to come back around and when she didn't, my husband carried his plate and mine back to the kitchen and asked them to warm up the rice and beans. After about ten minutes went by, I asked the waitress to bring back our rice and beans because it seemed they had just forgotten about it, and when the waitress did finally return, she brought back only one plate instead of two. We could not get the waitress's attention so I had to get up from the table and go to the kitchen to request the second plate of rice and beans. When the waitress finally brought it, the rice was no longer cold but it was only room temperature. My husband and I had both ordered fajitas but they didn't bring us any tortillas. We had to ask for tortillas and then it was another ten minutes before the waitress brought them (only 2 small tortillas for a plate of fajitas) and by that time, our fajitas had gotten cold. They never brought the check to us so I went to the counter to pay with an ATM card, and the waitress had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to add a tip! umm...no! Worst.service.ever!
